Here are some examples of our menus for the upcoming food festivals for 2019:

Mains

  • Root Vegetable pies - delicious root vegetables cooked with flavoursome herbs & spices encased in our crispy short pastry. (vegetarian) Just a hint of spicyness!

  • Khatte chhole- spicy & sour chickpeas cooked in a tasty tomato sauce favoured with cumin, coriander, turmeric and garam masala spices.  (vegan and GF)

  • Sweetcorn fritters - sweetcorn kernels & butternut squash freshly fried & served with a chilli tomato jam. (vegetarian) 

  • Chickpea pancakes with zingy salsa - chickpea (gram) flour batter with fresh coriander, spring onion, chilli served with an avocado, lime & tomato salsa - freshly cooked.  (vegan and GF)

Served with a choice of 2 salads

  • Poshest coleslaw served with yohurt & cashew dressing. (vegetarian)

  • Sweet tomato & olive cous cous dressed with olive oil and harissa. (vegan)

  • Orange, fennel & rocket dressed with simple olive oil. (vegan)

And if you fancy something sweet...

Amazing vegan meringues topped with strawberries and drizzled with raspberry coulis - served with yoghurt. Our meringues are made with aquafaba, sugar and vanilla.
